Very poor communication during the process of trying to buy a vehicle from them. Had a loan that I got myself to purchase a 2015 Jeep Cherokee tried to contact them multiple times after the first time. They seemed interested in my business but that's where the communication ended. I sent out texts, communication from their website, and even called. I was in communication with (A) Mark, seemed nice the first time I talked to him but after the final call which I called and talk to (A) Mark the gentleman seemed very annoyed and said there are 2 marks and he would call me when he would call me. I waited a week with no call back took my money and purchased a better vehicle from a company that cared and was glad to have my business. In hindsight, I should have paid attention to these reviews.

DO NOT buy cars there! The guy appears to be nice and trustworthy but in reality, is lying-cheating worse kind of "used car salesman". We purchased a complete "lemon" and he would even help with the repairs even though we offered to pay for those. The bill from the other mechanic was over $4000 to bring the car to decent shape. STAY AWAY FROM RICHLAND MOTORS!

They responded nicely. I got the basic information I needed. The pictures showed the car needed too many cosmetic repairs to suit me. In today's world, it costs so much to do anything plus good workers are hard to find.

0/10 do not recommend, the absolute worst experience. Can you say this guy (mark) is why used car salesman are the worst… Marked the car up 1,800 from sticker price has an iou to have a issue fixed. I never heard anything had to force them to fix it and stand good on there word. Lies deception and thievery are what I experienced at RICHLAND MOTORS. Mark Hall or Anderson. Was the sales person. I won’t call him a man cause I don’t feel he deserves that. Stay Away.

Terrible business. The owner mark acts nice until you pay for the car, he'll refuse to get you your title and will repeatedly tell you 2-3 weeks. Waited acouple months and he still didn't want to give it up. He likes to hold your money because he's desperate for acknowledgment, which he clearly doesn't get from his mother, wife, or his kids. Plays the victim when he is provided to give you something you've paid for, a real man child. I recommend going down the street to the other business, the lady gives good deals and will give you your title with in a week. *Mark you're a half assed lazy, ignorant business man with zero for integrity, hope it all goes under *

I paid for a vehicle and for 3 months he kept promising to overnight the title to me. He is the epitome of a used car salesman. He would rather lie to you than tell the truth. I have contacted the Ohio BMV and the Ohio State Attorney General for help. No results yet. Never, ever do business here! You will live to regret it! It may cost me more than $500 to resolve this problem at a minimum.
